National Women's Health Network

Ms. Kiesha McCurtis
Health Information Coordinator
National Women's Health Network
514 10th Street NW
Suite 400
Washington, DC 20004
Phone:
Fax: 202-347-1168
Website: www.nwhn.org

Organization Description: The Network was established in 1975 to give women a greater voice in the US health care system. The only long-standing organization dedicated exclusively to women and health, their work ranges from providing individual women with information, or a perspective, that they can not get from their health care providers to lobbying federal agencies into making women's health concerns a top priority. In recent years they have dedicated themselves to reproductive rights, older women's health and access to health care.
