Ordering Information
Any of our publications may be ordered by mail, email, or fax. We are happy to invoice educational institutions. We are now accepting credit cards (Master Card and Visa). Individuals may order by mail including a check. Simply print the appropriate order form below and return it to us at the address at the bottom of the page. Subscriptions to our online service includes your choice of any four resources in hard copy plus access to all of our resources online for a price of $270.00. Subscribers receive access codes which may be distributed to students or alumni. Current Subscriptions will be renewable by August of 2012.
For the first time, we are offering an "online-only" subscription, at the rate of $200.00 for the 2011-2012 academic year. Subscriptions will be renewable by August of 2012.
