Description: The Office of the Regional Counsel is charged with administering federal environmental statues in the Midwestern states. Among the environmental areas students may be exposed to are CERLA, Clean Water and Air, RCRA, Wetlands and toxics. Students receive exposure to permitting as well as enforcement proceedings.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Internships with the Office of Regional Council are available year round on both a volunteer and paid basis. Students have the opportunity to perform in depth legal research and writing on a wide range of cutting edge environmental issues.
