Description: The Office of General Counsel is one of EPA's ten regional offices. Based in San Francisco, the office's jurisdiction covers the state of California, Arizona, Hawaii and Nevada. The primary focus of the office is on enforcement matters where attorneys work closely with scientific staff to develop cases for civil, administrative and criminal enforcement.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns are accepted on a year round basis. Students work closely with attorneys performing research and writing assignments and assisting attorneys in preparation for litigation. Students must have completed their second year of law school.
