Description: The U.S. Attorney's Office is a federal agency whose mission is to prosecute cases which are in the best interest of the U.S. government and its citizens.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Their intern program is set up for those law students that have completed their first year in law school and are willing to volunteer at a minimum 400 hours during the school year or during the months May through August for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Clerks get an opportunity to do legal research, draft briefs and pleadings as well as get courtroom experience.
