Description: The U.S. Attorney and Assistant U.S. Attorneys within the WDNC are responsible for handling the majority of criminal prosecutions and civil litigations on behalf of the United States. They are one of the Department of Justices offices throughout the U.S.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: This office seeks primarily 2nd year law students to do legal research, including Westlaw, assist prosecutors in trial preparation and write briefs, memorandums and other responses in pretrial and appellate stages.
