Description: The office's mission to prosecute federal crimes, defending the U.S. and its agencies in a full range of civil actions and serving the community in cooperative law enforcement actions.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: The U.S. Department of Justice, District of Hawaii intern program is an effort to provide second year law students with an opportunity to gain exposure to the Federal prosecution system. This position is for volunteer extern/interns. They also welcome applications from first-year, second-semester students .A long lead time is necessary for a background check. Because of the unavailability of funds, they do not have any work-study positions.
