Description: Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board are located throughout the nation, The agency enforces the NLRA which provides employee rights to organize and bargain collectively. The Board also investigates and processes charges of unfair labor practices and supervises representation elections.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns are provided the opportunity to assist in investigation and processing of charges of unfair labor practices. This requires both legal research ability but also investigative training. Students also conduct research on charges arising out of contested elections. Students should apply well in advance of their work term because all applicants must be approved by the Washington office.
