Description: Immigration and Naturalization Services is responsible for enforcing the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act and Border Control.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Legal interns assist attorneys with legal research and writing, and they also prepare and prosecute, under supervision, 1-2 deportation hearings per semester. They also visit different INS sections including examinations, deportation, and the airport.
