Description: The Federal Public Defender is appointed by the Court to represent indigent persons charged with matters pending in Federal Court.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns are exposed to a wide variety of litigation matters related to criminal law proceedings. Interns may work on cases beginning with the Initial Appearance/Arraignment through the entire Federal Appeal process. Their budget allows for no payment for services of interns.
