Description: The Federal Labor Relations Authority administers the labor-management relations statute and program throughout the Federal Government. It is headquartered in Washington with regional offices in Atlanta, Denver, Boston, Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco. Most professional staff are attorneys in all offices and students should contact the office in which they have an interest.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: The Washington Office provides limited opportunities for part-time law clerks during the year. During the summer FLRA offers both paid and unpaid positions, Students should have a demonstrated ability to perform legal research, writing and analysis. Some exposure to federal labor relations is desirable but not required.
