Description: The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is an independent regulatory commission within the Department of Energy. Its function is to oversee America's electric utilities, natural gas industry, hydroelectric projects and oil pipeline transportation system.
Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns are assigned to Assistant General Counsels to perform research and other legal activities on matters before the Commission. Students should have a background in environmental, energy or administrative law prior to the internship.
