Description: This office is the Immigration court with jurisdiction over removal issues, asylum, cancellation of removal and criminal alien grounds.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Two to four of the positions offered through this office are part-time during the school year, and ten to twelve students are employed full-time during the summer. Their duties include drafting memoranda, final decisions for judges, and legal research and writing.
