Description: The office focuses on cases that arise out of aviation and maritime accidents and incidents. These case present a broad range of issues both procedural and substantive in nature. In addition to aviation and admiralty topics, students can expect to work on matters ranging from tort law to environmental law, contract law and evidence.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Each summer intern is assigned to work with a small group of attorneys, one of whom serves as the intern's mentoring attorney. Students get involved directly in case development and can expect to receive a broad range of experience. Interns typically draft motions and supporting memoranda, portions of trial or appellate briefs, motion responses, discovery and internal memoranda of law.
