Description: The SEC is responsible for administering and enforcing the federal securities laws. The SEC has four divisions: Division of Enforcement, Market Regulation, Investment Management, and Corporation Finance.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns at the SEC Northeast Regional Office work in the Division of Enforcement. Interns assist SEC attorneys with drafting subpoena, depositions, research and writing, drafting motions and complaints.
