Description: As the regional federal environment enforcement agency, the office of regional counsel encounters legal issues under all major federal environmental statutes.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Interns are assigned to one of two branches of the Office of Regional Counsel; The Air, Water, Toxics and General Law Branch or The RCRA and CERLA Branch. Interns are expected to undertake a variety of tasks, which may include complex research project and the drafting of legal documents under the supervision of an Assistant Regional Counsel. Students are also encouraged to accompany attorneys to negotiating sessions, trials and depositions.
