Description: The NLRB is an independent federal agency established to enforce the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The NLRA forbids employers or unions from interfering with employee's rights to engage in union or protected concerted activities.

Internship/Seasonal Positions: Intern duties include legal research and writing; assisting in processing representation cases; conducting NLRB elections; investigating challenged ballots and objections to elections; investigating unfair labor practices; and taking affidavits.
