Description: Borderlinks is an international non-profit organization in Tucson,
Arizona and Nogales, Mexico. BorderLinks educational program focuses on issues
of immigration, community formation, development, and social justice on the
borderlands between the U.S. and Mexico. BorderLinks brings people together to
build bridges of solidarity across national borders and promote inter-cultural
understanding and respect.
Internship/Seasonal Positions: The program is currently undergoing a
reorganization and will accept new applicants in the Fall of 2007. Past
experiences have focused on providing services to families and children in the
Sonora region of Mexico. Housing is available. Students are encouraged to

Internship/Seasonal Positions: The Family Service Agency Clinic offers
counseling for children, couples, families, and individuals in crisis with such
problems as divorce, unemployment, and bereavement. Master level interns and
trainees work with personal issues such as marital difficulties and depression.
Their Child Guidance Program allows interns to specialize in the early
identification, intervention and treatment of behavioral, social, and emotional

Description: HBHC provides primary health care services, as well as counseling
and psychotherapy, substance abuse treatment and domestic violence services. The
Center services gay, lesbian, bisexual and AIDS/HIV impacted clients.
Internship/Seasonal Positions: Therapy internships are available for master's
and doctoral level students in counseling, social work and psychology. The
program provides experience in assessment, individual and group therapies.
Training begins in mid-July for positions that run 10-11 months.
